1. Once your item arrives in satisfactory condition, please leave positive feedback for us, our automatic system will do the same for you.
2. Please help us make the transaction smoother and more efficient by including eBay user ID, Item number and email address in all forms of correspondence.
3. Due to big volume of emails and time zone differences, we may not be able to answer all emails immediately, although we are striving to get back within 24 hours.
4. When you bid the item, please complete the payment within 7 days, if you don't inform us the reasonable reason, our system will file the unpaid strike or leave the negative feedback.

3. Immediately Payment after auction ended is required. Payment must be made within 7 days from the auction end date. Otherwise, the item will be relisted, and non-paying bidder will be reported.

1. The item will be shipped out VIA normal airmail through Hong Kong Post Office. Usually, it takes 7 to 11 business days delivery time depending on your location.
2. Please contact us if you do not receive your item. We will then file an inquiry to the Hong Kong post office.
3.Usually, we ship your package to your eBay address. Please make sure the Ship-To address is correct. If you want to change the shipping address, please inform us before you make the payment. We are not responsible for any wrong or undeliverable addresses. Item will be shipped out as soon as possible.

1. No returns will be accepted except for manufacturer's defect, buyer required to return the item at his own cost.
2. Defective products must be reported within 14 days of original arrival date. We will reship the item for free or fully refund. Otherwise, Buyer needs to pay S&H again for re-ship the item or we only refund the item price.
3. All the products delivered to you carry 6-month warranty offered by the original manufacturer. We take up to replace or repair it for you by the manufacturer in case that the delivered item is found faulty while the shipping charges would be born by the buyer. Please keep the PayPal receipt accompanied with the item so that we could process the replacement/repair accordingly.
