In the case of a listing error or some other error on our part, we will, of course, accept a return.
On time payments are defined as
Hobb-e-Mart receiving your payment five (5) days after the closing date of an auction.
You must contact us and receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#) which must be prominently displayed on the shipping packaging BEFORE sending anything back to us.
Buyer must return the item within 10 days and buyer is responsible for return shipping charges.
Refunds will not be sent until the item has been successfully received at the
