therefore it MUST ship to a physical address (no PO Boxes). It

to an alternate work address, you MUST pay via another method,
such as MasterCard, VISA or debit card with either logo using

Can I fold glossy
stock or other special stocks with this machine?
This machine is not recommended for glossy (shiny) paper stocks, thin
carbonless forms, card stocks or folding envelopes. The recommended paper
stock for this machine is 20# to 60# bonds/offset.
Can this machine fold 11" x 17" paper?
No. The maximum paper size for this machine is 8-1/2" x 14" (legal) size
paper.
Can I do multiple sets at time on this machine?
No. This machine is designed for single page folding, meaning you can
put a stack of paper in the bypass tray and it will fold each one individually.
It cannot do stapled sets or multiple pages (i.e. a 3 page document) at
one time.
Does this machine jam a lot?
If the foh h been set up correctly, and you use the recommended paper
stocks for it, you can minimize jamming problems. Most paper folders,
even the higher end ones used by commercial print shops, do jam from time
to time. Many commercial print shops do a 10% overrun on their jobs to
allow for jams or misfeeds in their machines. It's best to run a few extras
of the item you are folding to allow for adequate set-up and some misfeeds.
What else can I do to minimize jams?
We have found that paper that has run through a heated process (i.e. copier,
laser printer) will sometimes curl on the edges. Make sure paper is flat
before feeding it into folder by placing a heavy object (like a phone
book or heavy book) on it for a period of time to flatten it. This helps
to minimize paper jams. This curl usually doesn't occur with non-heated
printing, like ink jet printers and offset presses. This curl is also
less evident in heavier offset paper stocks, such as 60# offset/bond,
than in regular 20# bond copy paper.
Can I deviate from the standard preset folds that come
with the folder?
Sure! We do it all the time. However it will take some trial and error
on your part to get the settings correct for custom folds. Neither we,
or the manufacturer, can help you create custom fold settings, however
it's pretty easy to do once you get a feel for the machine.

Can you

No. If your confirmed address is a PO Box you must pay using our Credit

PAYMENT
Payment must be received
within seven (7) days of auction close. Unpaid auction wins will be
forfeited after seven (7) days and a "non-paying
bidder" report will be filed with eBay.
Every time a buyer "wins" a bid, or makes a purchase on eBay, the seller is charged "final value fees" for that sale. When a sale is not completed by the buyer, the only way a seller can recouped a portion of the fees it cost them to list and sell the item is to file the NPB report. Please keep this in mind when bidding and/or buying, and only bid/buy if you are planning to follow through with the sale.

paying by PayPal, we are only able to ship when PayPal gives us an "OK to Ship" message on the transaction page. This means that you may be required to be confirmed or verified with PayPal before they accept your payment.

also gladly accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover payments direct, through
our company's secure online
checkout area, if you prefer not to use PayPal. On orders over a certain dollar amount, or where there is a questionable situation (i.e. billing and shipping address don't match), we may require additional verification that you are the card holder for the credit card being used. You may be required to provide written authorization using our Credit
Card Authorization Form to ship to an alternate
address, such as your work address, along with additional methods of verifying you are an authorized user of the card.
Money
Orders:As of October 2008, eBay is no longer allowing sellers to advertise that they accept money orders in their listings. This is across the board for all eBay sellers. We apologize for any inconvenience. This is an eBay decision and is not "our" company's own rule.
Personal
or Business Checks:We DO NOT accept checks at this time. If you attempt
to pay by check we may either, at our discretion,
return the check to you and request proper payment OR deposit the check and wait 10 days
for it to clear before shipping your item.

SALES TAX
A 7% sales tax is applied

If you are a tax exempt organization from outside of the state of Florida, there is no sales tax attached to your order and you need to do nothing more. |

SHIPPING
Unless otherwise stated
in the ad, standard shipping is to the 48 contiguous
US States only. We may be able to ship some items
to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands and certain other US territories, Post Office boxes, and APO/FPO
addresses, but you must request a shipping quote prior to bidding or buying a product. Not all items can be shipped to these locations. Please email us to ask BEFORE bidding or buying. Sorry, we do not offer local pickups.
Most items ship within
1 to 2 business days after confirmation and verification
of your payment information. Tracking information
will be emailed to you when it becomes available.
If there should be a delay of 7 days or more for shipping
you will be contacted by email regarding this.
If you checkout Sunday
through Thursday, we will process your payment the
next business day. If you checkout on Friday or Saturday,
we will process your payment on Monday or the next
business day. Orders are not processed on weekends
and holidays.
Please see the ad
listing for shipping charges or use the shipping calculator,
if one is provided in the ad, to determine shipping
charges to your area. We will try to combine
shipping for you when we can. However, because we
have several warehouses nationwide, it's not always possible to combine shipping on all items. Oversized
and large office equipment generally ships in it's
own box, therefore shipping cannot be combined on
those item.
All shipping fees
and return shipping charges are non-refundable. NO EXCEPTIONS.
STOCK AVAILABILITY
We make every effort to ensure that our items are in stock at the time of listing. Because we do sell across multiple venues, items may go in and out of stock on a regular basis. If the item you have purchased is not available for shipping within a reasonable time frame, you will be notified by email and given the option to wait for the item to ship, or cancel and receive a full refund. Please consider this when purchasing. If you would like to know if the item is in stock prior to purchasing, please feel fee to contact us and ask.
RETURNS
Please see the return policies below, for specific return terms for the item you are purchasing. If the item you have ordered is
defective, contact us within seven (7) days of package
receipt and we will replace the defective item for
you with an item of equal functionality. In the event
that a suitable replacement is not available, a refund
will be issued in the form of the original payment
method or a company check.
You must obtain and
RMA number and follow our conditions of return in
order to send a defective product back for a replacement. No returns will be accepted without the RMA form we issue in the box. Please review our Returns
Policy page for further instructions on how to
do this.
We DO NOT pay for return shipping on defective
merchandise, as we are not responsible for factory
defects, because we are not a product manufacturer
and we do not produce the parts we carry (similar
to a standard walk-in store). We do however ship the
replacement merchandise back to you at our expense,
thus splitting the overall shipping costs with you.
