| Shipping Methods : Orders will be shipped via USPS or FedEX. We only ship Monday thru Friday. We do not ship on national holidays. No local pick-ups are allowed. |

Tracking: A delivery tracking number will be emailed to you upon shipment of your item (please wait 1-2 business days to track your package online). For International Orders, a customs code will be provided instead of a tracking number. |

International Shipments: We currently ship to Canada, UK, France, Germany, & Australia. We cannot ship to any other international countries outside of those listed.
We ship Games & DVD's Internationally at a flat rate of $8.95 each disc.

During the holiday seasons, delivery times may be different than the approximate times given.
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will do all we can to contact you and inform you of the situation. However, you will be responsible for all fees associated with reshipping the item.

Refunds & Exchanges: We will exchange a defective product within 30 days upon received shipment. A pre-paid shipping label will be sent to your email address for you to return the product to us. Once we receive the defective product we will exchange it or refund your payment. Please contact us immediately if you have any problems with your purchase. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.
All USED and LIKE NEW condition products can be returned for exchanges or full refunds within thirty days upon received shipment if there is a defect or other problem with the product.
Unused and Unopened Merchandise can be subject to a 15% restocking fee (this includes fees charged to us through Amazon).
NEW Merchandise that has been opened can be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Refused and/or Undeliverable items or items returned because of an incorrect delivery address can be subject to a 15% restocking fee in addition to any shipping charges incurred during the return.
