We offer a 3 days DOA warranty for defective items. There will be no return and no refund after 3 days. Please contact us by eBay message for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Defective items must return in the original & unused condition, also the items must be in original box and packing. Return item without RMA# and a copy of the invoice will be refused.

We will replace the defective item free of charge. Buyers pay for all return Fee.

Shipping :

The Freight, Handling & Insurance (FHI) charges, $29.99, cover all street address in Continental United States.

Shipping to Canada, Virgin Islands, Guam, HI, AK, Puerto Rico & P.O. Box, APO/FPO address requires extra $15.00 FHI fee.

We are not responsible for delivery dates and times; that is up to the mail carrier.

Currently, we only ship to U.S. and Canada.
