Return Policy:

All customers must contact us via e-mail if the item is DOA or damaged to return the item.
We will e-mail you a RMA number and a form to fill out, please do not ship any items back without an RMA number given to you from us.
The return of the product will be at the buyers expense. We can refund only the auction end price and not the shipping.
If the item is DOA, we will send out a replacement after we receive the original item. Replacements will be sent to you at no additional costs.
Once the item has been used, modified, repaired or abused by anyone, we are not able to issue any refunds of replacements.
If the item is damaged or DOA after you receive it, we reserve the right as final authority on whether the product should be replaced or refunded.
