Shipping to all destinations in Canada and the US is by Xpresspost or registered mail for $12.00. (Xpresspost is faster but registered mail is more secure) Standard mail is available for $3.00, or if you would prefer I can send you the code by Ebay messaging and forego the shipping charges.
